Ans: To create an account, simply click on the Register button on the tool bar of the page. Once you click, you can enter your personal information and click on the Register Me button to easily create an account. Once you've completed all the required fields, you're ready to start making purchases.
Q3: Forgot your password?
Ans: If you have forgotten your password, simply click forgot password in the login page. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address (the one given when signed up). Once entered, click Send and you will receive a new password. Easily retrieve it from the e-mail address provided.
Q4: How do I select items to purchase?
Ans: Click on the "add to shopping cart" button that you wish to purchase.
Q5: How if I failed to receive my product?
Ans: Please email to email@example.com, you shall be contacted and guided within 2 working days.

Step 1: Select the product and quantity you want.
Step 2: Click “Add to Cart”
Step 3: After checking all the products, click checkout.
Step 4: Provide your information. Then click continue.
Step 5: Review your order, Double check your information, choose your payment method and billing address. After that click "I agree Term & Conditions".
Step 6: Then click complete order.
Step 7: Go to your email and wait for the confirmation note. Save the document as the proof of order.
Q2: How will I know that you have received my order?
Ans: An email notification will be sent to you as the confirmation of order.
Q3: Is there a limit to the quantity I can purchase?
Ans: The quantity limit depends on the current stock availability. For bulk purchase, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org

Ans: You cannot change items or cancel your order once your order has been confirmed and paid.

Q1: Does Chan Online Store available to West Malaysia?
Ans: Currently, our online service only availbale for KK area. Sabah and West Malaysia will be launched in the future, do stay tune with us!
Q2: Can I change the shipping address once I had confirm my purchase?
Ans: We cannot make any changes to the billing information, shipping address, or delivery method once your online order has been place and submitted.
Q3: Can I self-collect my product without charges of shipping?
Ans: Yes, you can. You will be contacted for pickup once order is ready at the store.

Ans: Yes, it is possible if the delivery address is within KK area.
